To start a project, fill out the inquiry form on our website. Once we receive your request, we will set up a discovery call to discuss project details. We will then create a proposal with all the deliverables discussed including an estimated quote & timeline.

You will be tasked with completing the Website Planning Workbook so we can get to know you and your business. We explore brand fundamentals, goals, services, call to action, target audience, competitors, and design inspiration.

You are required to provide all brand assets including logos, colour palette and fonts along with any photos to be used on the website. If photos are not provided, we will use free stock photography.

We will review your completed workbook and create a sitemap to outline the individual pages for your website. We start by breaking up the content in to pages and sections then bring in imagery and brand assets to create the initial website wireframe design.

Once approved, we will set you up on Squarespace and purchase a domain name for your new business. Using the wireframe design created in the planning stage, we begin to build out the website in Squarespace.

Once the design is complete, we will test all links, buttons, forms, mobile compatibility and complete the SEO portion of the project. You are entitled to one last round of revisions before finalizing the website.

Once we receive your final approval, we will connect the domain and make the website live. Now we are ready to launch!
